Shipping policy

Shipping information:

Please give carrier 24 hours to update tracking once received shipping information via email.

Processing time is 1-3 business days depending on order volume. Shipping time 2-10 business days depends on the post office.

We ship via USPS during Monday through Friday. Orders placed later in the day Friday will ship Monday or Tuesday based on weekend order volume.

We can't guarantee the post office's estimated times, and there may be delays due to weather or natural disasters.

Cancellation:

Once your order has been placed, it can NOT be cancelled. The shipment information is quickly sent over to our shipping department may have processed. However please email us immediately within 1 hour, we may be able to help.

Shipping low waste:

All of our order are packed with recycled papers. We also reuse biodegradable packing peanuts, tape and bubble wraps, package for shipping if this come donated to us.
