High-potency elemental magnesium butter cream
This buttery magnesium cream contains a high amount of elemental magnesium (500 mg per tsp), a portion of which can be absorbed transdermally to support magnesium intake. It is formulated with lavender, chamomile, ylang ylang, frankincense, and bergamot essential oil blends, magnesium chloride, which is often used by individuals who experience a restless mind and body.
Shea butter and coconut oil help moisturize the skin.
Direction: Apply to your legs and feet or your tense shoulder about 30 minutes before bedtime. For external use only. Start with 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increase the dosage. If you have a magnesium deficiency, you may experience tingling or itchiness on the skin, which is normal and will gradually disappear. Start with once a day and slowly increase usage.
